BRASAL VOLUNTEERING PROGRAM
Instituto +Brasal's Corporate Volunteering Program drives social transformation through the commitment of its employees to volunteer initiatives. Engaged, they contribute to a variety of causes in social organizations, public schools and community spaces.
The goal is to promote the engagement of Brasal companies' employees in volunteer actions that benefit the local community and create a positive impact on society. It also seeks to stimulate a sense of social responsibility and citizenship among employees, contribute to the sustainable development of the communities where Brasal operates, strengthen teamwork and integration among employees, broaden participants' worldview by fostering empathy and solidarity, and generate recognition and appreciation of the company within the community.
